The Welcome Day took place on the 6th of September, 2024, in the Main Hall of the Faculty of Economics and Business Sciences.

At the welcome ceremony, the dean greets new students, introduces the school, explains its academic organization, the resources available to achieve the educational objectives of the various programs, the composition and work of the school's governing bodies, and the school's MAP. The team members and course coordinators will be introduced. A representative from the student delegation and/or associations will address issues of interest.
Objectives
- To facilitate the transition from secondary school to university.
- To introduce the Bachelor’s Degrees of the FCCEE to the new students.
- To make known the resources and tools of the University of Vigo, and especially of the FCCEE to the new students.
